Information in an inquiry
The purchase requirement form asks for your name, work email, optional phone, company and requirement text. If you use the optional product, budget or supplier-preference controls, those choices are included in the existing requirement text when the form is serialized. They do not create an additional account or a supplier rating.
Purpose and sharing scope
Information you provide is intended for reviewing the request, clarifying specifications and continuing the sourcing conversation. A proposed supplier may need relevant product and purchase details to answer a quotation request. Discuss the scope of any confidential artwork or business information before sharing it. Do not put payment details, identity documents or unrelated sensitive personal information in the initial inquiry.
Local browser storage
The sourcing support notice uses a local browser timestamp to limit its display window to seven days from first presentation. Opening or closing the notice does not restart that period. Session storage remembers the notice and banner dismissals for the current browser session. These controls operate in the browser; clearing browser storage removes the stored preferences from that browser.
Forms and public comments
The inquiry form is submitted to the configured website feedback endpoint. A local preview or a button click does not prove production receipt. Blog comments use a separate comment route and may be public when published. Do not include confidential purchase information in a public comment; use the purchase requirement form for the sourcing conversation.
Review and correction requests
Use the contact form to ask a question about information you have submitted. Identify the original contact email and the request context so the relevant record can be located. The operational record-handling arrangements and any transaction-specific requirements need to be confirmed in the actual service conversation; this page does not invent a fixed retention period or response deadline.
External links and updates
External resources and sharing links are provided for context or optional sharing and have their own practices. Review them before sending information outside this website. Changes to this notice will be reflected in its review date. The Terms of Service explain the independent sourcing role and the difference between an inquiry, supplier quotation and buyer approval.
